It’s “Raining Men” For Rihanna And Nicki Minaj….

 

When i heard that Rihanna was asking Nicki MInaj to sing a song with her on her next studio Album LOUD!!  we could not be less surprised — what artist hasn’t worked with Harajuku Barbie in the last year? Still, i couldn’t wait to get our eardrums on the song, and as it turns out, the dancehall reggae tune fits Nicki’s quirkiness perfectly. Still, for a song called “Raining Men”, we’re disappointed there’s no sample from The Weather Girls’ fabulous disco hit. Ah, can’t win ‘em all. Get soaked in the ladies’ jammin’ collab below!
“Fallin’ like the rain, so we ain’t running out / Always raining men, so what you worried about?” sings RiRi.

The track incorporates the children’s nursery rhyme “Eeny Meeny Miny Moe”, which is something that belongs in a song by, say, Willow Smith, not a pop star older than 10-years old. Surprising no one, Nicki steals the show again with her infectious and energetic verse. We’re not bowled over by this one, but because of Nicki’s inclusion, we’re almost definitely betting on this one becoming a single.

“I had a big gap in my life where I wasn’t allowed to work at all because no one would hire me, which was great because I think you need that humility. You have to have everything taken away, or you have to have a major reality check, so that you always appreciate what you have.”

So Drew, where’d you get your jeans?
“I never have time for shopping… I’ve been wearing the same fucking pair of jeans for 10 years.”

Drew, who stars in the upcoming film Going the Distance with her long time BF Justin Long, says it was definitely funny seeing Justin get totally naked in the movie.

“It’s funny because usually it’s the girl who’s naked,” she says. “I was like, ‘That’s right, b**ch. The tables are turned!’” LOL

Omgosh when i saw this on yahoo i was like i did not know!!

Yea right everone know she was dating Justin Gatson!! my great grandma did!! who wouldn’t! she was spending so much time with him and she was like oh his just my bestfriend! yea right girl with that man ur not just freinds lol  For months, Miley Cyrus was dodging questions about her relationship with her” so called freind” Justin Gaston. For one, she’s 16 and he’s 20. She’s a role model to young girls and he’s an underwear model. She recently was on the cover of Glamour Magazine and finally reveled she was indeed datiing Justin!!  In the latest issue of Glamour magazine, the teen queen comes clean about dating an older guy, her body, and the temptations of Hollywood. In other words, Miley’s growing up. Here’s what she told Glamour’s Laurie Sandell:

On the four-year age difference between her and boyfriendJustin Gaston:

“I don’t feel like I’m doing anything wrong, and I’m ready for people to accept it. My fans already accept it — they just want me to be happy. And I haven’t been that happy in a few years … working so hard, moving to L.A. from Nashville, going through a bad breakup [with Nick Jonas]. I’m finally happy again, and I think that is reflected in my music and my work. So honestly, I don’t feel like there’s anything to hide. And I love him so much I don’t really care.”

On how they met:

My dad introduced us on the “Hannah Montana” set. I looked so bad that day. I was wearing sweats and glasses and we talked. Then he showed up the next day and said, “I can’t stop thinking about you. Can I take you to a movie?” When he took me home, I said, “I don’t want to get close to you, because I don’t know where this is going to go.” And he said, “Well, you can’t live like that.” So we took a three-mile walk, and talked and talked … Now he’s my best friend.”

“I think it’s lame, because it will eat at you forever. I’ve been at photo shoots where I’ve tried something on and said, “Oh my gosh, why don’t these fit?” But I’ll never be a six-foot-tall, 95-pound model; I’m meant to have a little more meat on my bones.”

On the temptations of Hollywood:

“In this industry there are so many things that can take over your life: money, alcohol, drugs — even fashion. People hand you things, and you start to believe life is easy. And it’s not like that — you’re not supposed to be the person you play in the movies … I like keeping my mind as far away from money and the material aspects of my job as possible.

On ending up like Britney Spears orLindsay Lohan (who also started out as squeaky-clean Disney Stars:

“The last thing I ever want to do is disappoint my parents. My mom’s dad died 
when she was 18, and if something ever happened to one of my parents, I’d want 
them to go knowing I made them proud. I think it’s selfish to go out partying all the 
time.”

Ok so I’ve been very disappointed in Miley!(oh god im sounding like my mom)

She has everything going for her! A successful music career and she has loving parents? well i think so!?

well miley has to chill the frek out! she is what only 16 and acting like a stuck up diva!         

what the hell!

She only got that famous cuz of her daddy! and she almost didn’t get picked 4 Hanna Montana show…. 

She was getting hot headed about not being granted access to Radiohead at the Grammys (best thing Radiohead ever did). She thinks she’s got enough to say to write a memoir (a teenager writing an autobiography? WHAT?). Plus, she’s dating “Nashville Star” flunky Justin Gaston, who is 20 years old (isn’t that illegal, even in Nashville?). or anywhere!!! 

Miley needs to step back and remember the scores of stories from superstars who let success go to their heads. These are the singers who became divas and started thinking the world revolved around them and that they could do whatever they wished without recrimination. 

But every diva gets ditched sooner or later, and you’re no exception, Miley.  So remember humility, or do I need to remind you that your dad is the dude who recorded “Achy Breaky Heart”? By the way, the flipside of that single is a song called “I’m So Miserable.” A coincidence? I don’t think so.

Ms. Cyrus, here is your future if you don’t change your ways.

Closest in age to Miley, young Lindsay Lohan could be forgiven for her troubled behavior. After all, her dad is a former Wall Street trader convicted of stock fraud; he also was imprisoned after pleading guilty to driving while impaired and attempted assault. Her mother has been accused of drug abuse. Their daughter definitely has had her own problems, including a record of drug busts, DUIs, and altercations that rival that of the most troubled of divas. It’s all more interesting than any of her music.

Madonna is the grand dame of bitchy divas. There’s no boundary she’s not willing to push, including dating dudes young enough to be her grandkid. She’s the roadmap for Miley’s future when 30 years from now we see her dating Nick Jonas’ adopted grandson.
